Types of Weave
Damask - The High Fidelity Weave
The Damask is the weave of choice when it comes to detailed label designs. It uses thinner threads and a tighter weave to illustrate the intricacies of your design, translating it to a one-of-a-kind label. High thread count.
Taffeta- The Sturdy Weave
Taffeta labels are non-reflective and durable, often used for high wear-and-tear items. It uses a thicker thread than the Damask weave, but not as thick as the Satin weave. The Taffeta weave is usually cheaper than both the Damask and Satin weaves. Medium thread count.
Satin - The Shiny and Slick Weave
Satin woven labels are often used for silk and other formal garments due to its luster, giving-off a classy, vintage vibe. The downside of this weave is that it cannot replicate detailed designs as well as Damask because Satin uses a thicker type of thread. Low thread count.

The Weave Process

Step 1: Getting an Estimate
Tell us about your project and we'll tell you how we can help. You'll get advice on the process, costing for the service, and estimated time for project completion.
Step 2: Programming and Sampling
Label weaving requires your design to be translated to a 'program' so it can be read by our weaving machine. All you need to do is send us a digital file of your design and we'll do it for you. Then, we'll produce a sample for your approval before proceeding with the final step.
Step 3: Production
Once the sample gets the go signal, we'll start accomplishing your order. We always make sure that you get the best value at our pricepoint so you can be assured of the quality of our work.

So you have a project but have no clue on how much things will cost you? Say no more. With this price guide, we'll give you an idea on how much your project will cost. Take note that prices for each project depends on factors like design complexity and quantity so if you want the most accurate pricing, send us a message and let's talk about it.
Programming Fee
Your image design files cannot be directly read by our machines. That's why we use a specialized weaving program to translate your design into a machine readable format. The design's complexity dictates the price of the Programming Fee.
Rate per Piece
Per piece prices will depend on several factors - complexity of design, quantity, and lead time.
Discounts
Quantity plays a big factor in determining your item's total cost. We give out big discounts for larger order quantities.
Lead Time
Order quantities of 2,500 - 5,000 can be
accomplished within 7-10 days.
